Providers have the ability to download Haiku (smartphone app) or Canto (iPad app) and activate on a mobile device.
1. Download the Haiku or Canto App from the Apple App Store. If using an Android download the          Haiku app from the Google Play Store.  (Canto is only for IOS)
2. Submit a service request to newdevice@pointcore.com from an email address you have access to        on your device and request “activation of Haiku/Canto on mobile device”.
3. You will receive an email response containing a link to configure the app. Click on the link for the       app Haiku or Canto (iPad), a browser will open. Click on the blue “configure” link in the browser.         The app will open.
4. Open the Haiku/Canto App and log in using your Epic ID/password. When logging into                      Haiku/Canto, make sure that you see OSF_Prod NP Environment listed at the top of the screen. If      you don’t see OSF_Prod NP Environment then the configuration link didn’t work repeat step 3.
5. After you enter your Epic ID/password, a pop-up appears that the device has been submitted to          an administrator for activation.
6. Within 1 – 3 business days you will receive an In Basket staff message in Epic letting you know          your device has been registered and the app is ready for use!
